Я закончила чистку по Оганян. Мои результаты чистки.

Повожу итоги чистки с 21 марта 2017 года по 15 мая 2017 годаСегодня 15 мая 2017 года.

Мои результаты трехнедельного условного голодания и четырехгедельного выхода из него.

1. Главная цель: вылечить аллергию на цветение деревьев или хотя бы облегчить состояние организма и не пить таблетки.

Цель достигнута! Состояние организма значительно облегчено, ни одной таблетки не выпито. Помню только два дня за весь трёхнедельный период, когда я несколько раз чихнула  и вечером чесались глаза. Это очень хороший результат, потому что обычно это сильнейший отек Квинке, астма, подавленное состояние и непрекращающийся зуд глаз, носа, трахей, полностью всей слизистой организма, и её отек. Изматывающее состояние  , которое полностью забирает радость жизни и вызывает страх и непрекращающиеся мучения. Всего этого в этом году не было, также как и в прошлом также после чистки.

Почему аллергия не прошла полностью?  связываю это с тем, что не капала в нос цикламен. А у меня в прошлом гаймориты и проколы носа, и сложные лечения зубов, Связанные именно с гнойными воспалениями лицевых пазух. То есть там абсолютно точно есть что чистить. Но я не делала этого просто потому, что испугалась очень болезненного опыта своей сестры и негативных отзывов на форумах о сильной боли этого процесса. Не у всех это было, но все же Перебороть страх я не смогла.

За весь период цветения у меня были два аллергических дня, когда после 5 часовых длительных прекрасных велопрогулок по лесным и пригородным цветущим пыльцой территориям, по возвращении домой у меня после умывания лица чесались глаза и я несколько раз чихала. Ещё три тёплых солнечных дня я старалась не выходить на долго из дома и не открывать окна. Нужно было делать дела и я не хотела искушать судьбу. Раз была возможность спокойно провести эти дни, я ей воспользовалась. Потом были две недели холодов, дождей и даже снега. Аномальная погода в Москве. Но для аллергиков это супер. Во всяком случае больше с тех пор аллергии никак вообще у меня не проявлялось . Даже когда начались тёплые деньки, реакций уже нет. Хотя цветение идёт полным ходом.

2. Очень постройнела. Я делала только замеры тела в см. Весов у меня нет, я не взвешиваюсь в принципе никогда уже лет 10. Даже примерно не знаю свой вес. А вот по одежде и по замерам в см и по отражению в зеркале могу отследить очень позитивную динамику.

На самом трехнедельном условном голодании я не сильно похудела, буквально по три см в объёмах. Потому что было много меда выпито и соков . А вот уже когда начала выход и уменьшила значительно количество меда, и соков, стала питаться часто и маленькими порциями,  достаточно аскетично для меня (потому что обычно я много кушаю и пару раз за день), то процесс сразу же запустился. И сегодня, сделав замеры я удивилась тому, что снова они стали меньше. Отражение в зеркале радует. Хотя и раньше не расстраивало. Но сейчас вижу , что намного красивее теперь выглядит фигура. В общей сложности похудела во всех объёмах : бедра, грудь, живот, обхват ноги в области бедра везде на 5-6 см. Только руки почему-то меньше всего: обхват вверху —  на 3 см.

В общем,  в этом плане результаты более чем позитивные.

3. Изменились вкусы. В лучшую сторону.Захотелось больше кушать зелени, пить зелёных коктейлей , проращивать семена и крупы, оживлять их. Стала обходиться без масла. Могу теперь обходиться меньшим количеством соли, чем раньше. На сладкое не тянет уже так , как до чистки, хотя я уже три года не ем сахар ни в каком виде, а только сухофрукты и мёд. Но раньше тяга была тоже больше. Сейчас после этой чистки можно было бы очень естественно перейти на сыроедение, потому что организм очистился и перестроился. Но я осознанно не делаю этого. Потому что у меня другие цели.

4. Уменьшились размеры порций. Легче переносить отсутствие приемов пищи или аскетичные приёмы пищи.

5. Появилось больше энергии и творческого потенциала. Желание двигаться и заниматься физическими нагрузками. Легче стало уговаривать себя заниматься йогой, гимнастикой для лица, прогулками. Я всегда это делала, но были периоды, когда это все становилось рутиной и постоянно заставляла себя, чтобы продолжать. Но сейчас новый приток энергии. И это даётся намного легче.

6. Появилось желание испробовать на себе длительное сухое голодание в качестве лечения некоторых моих хронических болезней, которые не лечит ни наша медицина, ни условное голодание. Пока не готова написать об этом в открытом дневнике, но с близкими уже обсуждаю эту тему. Они меня поддерживают и это даёт мне сил, чтобы начать изучать эту тему серьезно. Скорее всего решусь только после основательного и глубокого изучения этой темы и под наблюдением специалистов. Но именно все эти мои три чистки по Оганян (2014, 2016, 2017 годов) убрали страх перед подобными аскезами и подготовила мой организм к более кардинальному способу голодания. Сейчас мне необходимо время не только на изучение, но и на полное восстановление организма после аскетичного ограниченного рациона питания. Пару месяцев точно понадобиться, чтобы заходить потом на сухое голодание без вреда для организма . Читаю книгу Филонова Сергея «Сухое голодание. Мифы и реальность», ищу мнения врачей, людей, кто прошёл через эту практику , обрабатываю их опыт. Пока что плохо себя вижу в этой аскезе, есть много непонятного, мало информации , нет полной картины, но показания к сухому голоду именно как возможность вылечить хронические болезни меня привлекает и вдохновляюсь  изучать дальше.
