Спрингроллы
Ингредиенты:
рисовая бумага (продается и в Ашане, и в обычных супермаркетах в отделах азиатской кухни) — 1 упаковка (10 шт).
Для начинки:
цукини — 1 шт
зелень (руккола, салат айсберг и тп) — по желанию
авокадо 1 или 2 шт.
огурец 1 шт
мед -2 ст. л.
вакаме молотые (или соль) - 2 ст. л. Или по вкусу, если привыкли есть без соли, то можно не добавлять ни вакаме, ни соль.
лимонный сок — 2 ст.л.
перец, асафетида (по вкусу)
2 . В качестве начинки можно брать и фиолетовую капусту, и измельченную капусту брокколи с помидором и авокадо. Любые овощи по вкусу. В любую начинку можно добавлять соус из меда с лимонным соком, с перцем и солью (или с вакаме или без соли). Но мне больше всего понравилась начинка из цукини.
Приготовление:
Цукини очищаем от кожуры и нарезаем на терке для корейской морковки соломкой,

добавляем вакаме, и соус из меда и лимонного сока, добавляем специи. Все хорошо перемешиваем.
Начинка для роллов
Помидорки нарезаем мелкими кусочками.
Огурец очищаем от кожуры и нарезаем тоже мелкими кусочками.
Все смешиваем вместе, через минут 10 сливаем лишний сок в отдельную емкость (его можно потом выпить).
Авокадо очищаем, нарезаем средними кусочками.

Листы рисовой бумаги (берем по одному)
Рисовая бумага
кладем на 15 секунд в питьевую воду по одной штуке, потом кладем на разделочную поверхность, в нижнюю часть листа кладем начинку из овощей, сверху авокадо.

Можно положить любую сочную зелень (рукколу, салат айсберг). И заворачиваем в конвертик, предварительно загибая вовнутрь боковые края.
И так продолжаем, пока листы или начинка не закончатся. И все, спрингроллы готовы!
