
На концерте Бориса Моисеева во время однодневного голодания по Оганян. Термосок с отваром тоже с собой ;-)
Болею всю неделю. Температура днем 37, вечером иногда 38. Причем, я четко прослеживаю взаимосвязь своего питания и самочувствия. Уже стало понятно, что вернуться на питание, которое было у меня до чистки год назад, не получится. Вареную гречку на воде организм принимает, а вот , например, диетическую пиццу почти без всего или самосы с овощами или перловку — нет. Не говоря уже о магазинной молочке. Через несколько часов начинает бурлить в животе, на утро температура, кашель, заложенность носа, слабость, ломота в теле. В общем, приятного мало, мягко говоря.
Практически всю эту неделю я питаюсь сыроедно: зеленые коктейли, фрукты, салаты из овощей и зелени. На свадьбе у друзей позволила себе много салата из овощей, очень тоненькую пиццу и самосу с овощами и сразу же началась чистка: температура, кашель, слабость, ломота, озноб. На следующий день ела только фрукты и салат овощной, но все равно лучше не стало, даже наоборот. Накануне перед свадьбой также весь день сыроедила, но в обед съела немного перловой каши с нереально вкусной диетической лепешкой из геркулесового теста (Рецепт теста и лепешки здесь). И уже через несколько часов поднялась температура и забурлило в кишечнике сильно. Пришлось выпить сульфат магния. На утро стало легче и потому я смогла поехать на свадьбу к друзьям, где как я описала выше был нереальной красоты и вкусноты вегетарианский пир, и я решила позволить себе хотя бы салат, кусочек тоненькой пиццы и самосу с овощами.
Вчера настолько стало хуже, что я сразу же начала чиститься по Оганян: Сделала отвар травяной из 16 трав. Приготовила его как советует Марва Оганян (рецепт есть в методике ). Я беру 3 ст.л. смеси трав на 1 литр воды и завариваю сразу в большой кастрюле 3 литра и 9 столовых ложек смеси 16 трав. Настаиваю по инструкции 30 минут и процеживаю.
В этот раз все как всегда, заварила травы сразу же на весь день- 3 литра, а когда отвар остыл до 38 градусов С, добавила в него сок от 3 лимонов и 12 столовых ложек меда (без верха. А если с горкой, то я кладу обычно 6 ст.л.). И налила отвар в теплом виде в два 1.5 литровых термоса.
Сделала утром чистку кишечника по методике Оганян ( ссылку см. выше , в методике очищения есть подробности о том, как делать клизмы). Сразу же после клизм мне стало значительно легче. И в течение всего дня я пила отвар, по стакану каждый час. Хотя все симптомы сразу и не ушли, но я уже смогла нормально функционировать и даже смогла поучаствовать в суде, не откладывая процесс по причине своей болезни. Правда кашляла периодически и попивала отвар из термоса, но это мелочи)). А вечером еще смогла сходить на юбилейный концерт Бориса Моисеева по приглашению одной из участниц его балета. И тоже с термосочком))). Кстати, концерт был очень красивый! Все было стильно, со вкусом, эффектно, ярко, с очень красивыми цифровыми декорациями, Борис в свои 61 год просто супер молодец, ну а больше всего мне понравилось танцевальное шоу балета Премьер! Фотографии не самые удачные у меня получились, но все же, на память)).
Вечером поднялась снова температура 37 и 7. Но самочувствие было терпимое. К утру уже стало намного лучше.
Выход я сделала на зеленых коктейлях. Около 1,5 литров в течение первой половины дня.
А во второй половине — виноград и вода. Температуры нет, кашель почти прошел, заложенность носа тоже практически прошла. Марва Вагаршаковна, благодарю Вас за знание!
Резюме у меня на сегодняшний день такое:
После 10 месяцев сыроедения (живого питания) организм не хочет возвращаться к прежнему рациону, сразу начинает чиститься и причем жестко.
Придется сейчас питаться пресно-диетически, без изысков и вкусняшек, чтобы восстановиться. Ну и брать себя в руки и не позволять разносолы типа пиццы, лепешек, пирожков и т.п. Подняла давно забытую инфо о переходном питании (после очищения) от Оганян М.В. Вот, что она советует:
Стараться обходиться без соли, специй, орехов и масел. Соль можно только морскую(см состав), каменную, гималайскую розовую. Подсолнечное и оливковое масла холодного отжима нерафинированные свести к минимуму.
Авокадо: 1-2 в день. Дозревает в закрытом пакете с зелеными яблоками и становится мягче.
Орехи - несоленые и нежареные, только неочищенные, можно лишь несколько орешков в день (замачивать и в салаты), семечки (несоленые и нежареные: тыквы, подсолнечника и тд) и пророщенные семена (зеленой гречки, пшеницы, полбы, овса, киноа, амаранта и тд) можно 100-300 г в день.
Миндаль и арахис не употреблять, бобовые тоже, свежий зеленый горошек и пророщенный маш редко. Орехи с медом и сухофруктами не сочетаются.
Сыроедные хлебцы, сухофрукты (не магазинные!), торты, конфеты, печенье и тд не употреблять много и часто. Сухофрукты размачивать.
Вместо хлеба сыроедные хлебцы или »хлебцы-молодцы», отруби без карбоната кальция в составе.
Грибы и соевые продукты не употреблять. Кабачок, свёкла, тыква и картофель только в сыром виде.
Пить обязательно нужно за 10-30 минут до приема пищи или через час-три часа после.
Пить живую воду литр-два в день.
Так нужно продолжать 4-6 недель и только потом по желанию вводить варёные продукты(не каждый день и не каждую неделю): гречка или пшено на воде, бурый рис и горох на воде лучше употреблять редко, вегетарианские супы-пятиминутки с большим количеством сырой зелени. Сырые продукты должны составлять 70% ежедневного рациона.

если такие проблемы с переходом на вареную пищу, может Вам стоит попробовать еще раз пройти чистку, но уже не 21-дневную, а 7-10-дневную и выходить на сыроедении уже не так долго, а с более быстрым введением вареных продуктов…Марва где-то в своих лекциях или в вебинарах говорила об этом

Спасибо Вам за заботу, Анастасия. Но если честно, узи я не делала. Достаточно быстро плохое самочувствие сменилось хорошим и сейчас тоже все хорошо. А ходить по нашим врачам и больницам по первому же недомоганию, я очень не люблю, поскольку очень разочарована в нашей медицине. Конечно, если бы я чувствовала какую-то боль в жкт, то наверное бы сделала обследование. Но когда все хорошо функционирует, то смысла я не вижу ходить по врачам.
